What are the shipping costs?

Within Europe we ship free of charge for orders over 150 Euro. For express shipping we charge 11.90 Euro.

What payment options are available?

We offer credit card, prepayment and bitcoin payment in our online shop. Paypal and cash on delivery are only possible after consultation by phone.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time is approx. 3 working days for standard shipping and approx. 1 working day for express shipping. Express shipping takes place on the same working day if the order process is completed by 2 pm.

Is the delivery neutral?

We deliver absolutely discreetly and in neutral packaging.

How secure is the shop and my data?

The data transfer is encrypted and the data is only used for order processing.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we create an invoice for every order, which is sent to you by email.

Do I have a guarantee on the goods?

We grant a guarantee on all articles. In case of a guarantee or warranty claim, please send us an email with your order number/invoice number and, if applicable, the serial number of the device.
