ESCORT 8500ci PLUS

The ESCORT 8500ci PLUS is a fixed radar detector with special K-band settings for reduced false alarms, laser warning and GPS speed trap display.
With the advanced K-band settings, the 8500ci Plus can be customised to meet country-specific needs and reduce false alarms. In addition, false alarms can be saved at the touch of a button, eliminating them the next time the vehicle passes by. The European version has been specially optimised for use in Europe, including Germany, Austria, France, Italy and the Netherlands. In addition, the new Escort 8500ci Plus also warns of stationary speed systems, section control as well as traffic light speed cameras throughout Europe.

The receiver unit of the Escort 8500ci is invisibly installed in the front of the vehicle and the display is via a small display with integrated control element. The control element is very small and can also be easily concealed in the ashtray or other storage compartment.

The audible warning system is activated by an acoustic signal.

The acoustic warning is via a voice and also gives you information about the dedicated alarm source, e.g. frequency band or laser.
